Wish You Well!
Creating supportive relationships within our school family is an important focus for us! Here is Mrs. Spiller's "Wish You Well" board that is used daily by many of our teachers/classes to wish well students absent or those needing encouragement. This is one structures our staff is learning as part of our "Conscious Discipline" workshops for teachers that equip us to teach students conflict resolution and anti-bullying efforts by building strong, positive relationships with one another and within our school.

GIRLS ON THE RUN kicks off in exciting fashion! GOTR inspires girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. GOTR is a transformational physical activity based positive youth development program for girls in 3rd-8th grade. Our wonderful staff volunteers and coaches will teach life skills through dynamic, interactive lessons and running games. The program culminates with the girls being physically and emotionally prepared to complete a celebratory 5k running event this spring. The goal of the program is to unleash confidence through accomplishment while establishing a lifetime appreciation of health and fitness.
Below, you can see our staff introducing the curriculum the girls will use in this exciting program.
